Advantages: The Clothes are marvellous, as are the shoes, oh and the... I could go on forever Disadvantages: The only disadvantage is the price of the shirts! Not all the prices, but just the shirts!

Firstly I must comment on the range that there is in Topman. Whether you want light blue jeans, blue jeans, navy jeans, dirty denim jeans, indigo jeans, black jeans, ... ...so you can decide which one you want!
The shops are quite large (depending on your location) and have a wide range of many products. Also the deco in the shop is nice, with peaceful, inviting and relaxing colours. I, myself, find if the shop is dirty or the walls are grubby looking, it puts me totally off. If they are like this with their shops, what do they do with their clotheswear?

Incase there are any people out there who haven’t heard of Topman – where the hell have you been? – It’s an all male shop, but below all Topman shops is Topshop, a woman’s area. I think this is a very good idea, when the girlfriend/wife is downstairs looking at her clothes, the boyfriend/husband can go upstairs and have a look! How much easier can a marriage be?
The changing rooms are large, also, with plenty of changing space, and a few to chose from. In many shops I find myself in a queue sometimes, waiting behind the man trying on the whole shop but with no intentions to buy anything! But, in Topman there are many changing rooms to chose from, and you won’t find yourself waiting in a queue.
The staff in my Topman are pleasant enough. They aren’t over smilers but strike up a conversation with you, which, I find nice. I hate nothing more than miserable fucks just telling you the total. And, I also hate over-smilers who strike up a conversation about the weather. So a mix of two makes the perfect person, and the Topman staff!
They, like many shops sell jewellery, scarves, hats, gloves etc, too. The rings that I have bought from there are poor quality, and always seems to make that green ring on your finger. But the necklaces and the bracelets are of good quality, and I have bought thousands of. The hat, gloves and scarves are good as well, but are a bit pricey, in my opinion. They aren’t much dearer in other shops, but if you looked hard enough and shopped around I’m sure you’d find the same cheaper.
The shoes are to die for! They are cheap and are very famous makes as well! The shoes last forever, and don’t loose their whiteness either. With some shoes you find they turn brown or yellow, but these always stay new, wherever you go! There are Topman makes, but Ben Sherman and Patrick Cox does turn up on the shelf, which are my favourite, guess why! I know what you’re saying out there! Makes don’t always matter, it’s the quality. Well, people, the quality is good, and I know makes don’t matter, but you’ve got to admit, having a Versace, Dolce and Gabbana, Armani, Gucci or Christian Dior coat, makes you feel more important than having a EthelAustins or Woolworth’s Ladybird make, isn’t it? Well, it is to me!
I also find that the clothes I buy from Topman don’t seem to ever shrink in the wash, or does the cotton get grotty. The only fault I can find is the fashion! Everything goes out after each season, and I feel stupid wearing last seasons monkey t-shirt!
All in all there aren’t any faults in Topman, and the prices are reasonable. I find the only things there that are over priced are the shirts. The shirts vary between £25-£35, but even more if they’re Ben Sherman etc. I do think they could reduce the prices, but as many people buy shirts they put up the prices!
So, you can forget your Next and your Debenhams (although I do shop in these sometimes), Topman is the best male high street shop with good fashion, good quality, good everything. The shop at the moment, where you males should be shopping at the moment, and you farmers-like-dressers out there – you know who you are! – Stop it! Go to Topman – and look nice, for once in your life!

...an annoying marketing scheme that Top Man have imployed to get you into buying their clothes (and this is only one of my negative points). if you have visited this store in january you will notice that they put big green (or other various colours) labels on the coat hanger saying £10 or £5- this usually gets me interested in what they have to offer especially trousers (which i will come on to later). On trying to purchase an item of clothing you ... ...had the same problem in Top Shop and some of my friends have as well noticed this tedency for Top Man to put these prices on just to attract the customers. i beleive this to be false advertising and very unfair.
That was a specific point, but in general Top Man can supply good quality but heavily priced items. The trousers, as afor mentioned, can be heavily priced and even sale price will not bring them down more than £3-5. this much for a pair ...

To avoid this dilemma, which in my opinion applies more so to girls than blokes, I simply shop for clothes at alternative shops. The kind of shops that yes are more expensive but you get the guarantee of originality, which in this day and age is priceless. ...

I tend to become obsessive about clothes stores. First it was Gap; what I saw as the epitomy of cool (hey, I can make a mistake!). In the last year or so my attentions have shifted to Topman, and now rarely a day goes by where my clothes are not complimented by a Topman t shirt, pair of trousers or long sleeved top. The recent untimely emission by the Managing Director of Topman, stating that the typical customer belongs to the laddish, hooligan-esque ... ...also not true. I firmly disagree with his notion, 'cos let's face it, I'm no yobbo! And looking at the clothes in stock, it is not exactly the butchest of ranges! It's more, dare I say it, on the camp side if anything!
Topshop, the female counterpart, was voted fashion retailer of the year last year and in my humble opinion its more maligned male offshoot definitely deserves the same recognition, and I'll tell you why.
More so than the other leading ...

Advantages: Some stylish cutting edge clothes at affordable prices / something for all tastes Disadvantages: Everyone else has it too...
...Anyway i find that Top Man has really got its act together & has a huge range of clothes. Personally i love the 'Moto' range which is quite cutting edge & a little more pricey than their usual stuff. They even have imitations of Prada items but they are a bit hit & miss & u can't help thinking "what on earth were THEY thinking?"!
Another range they have is the streety / indie kid range which has some quite hip & funky items. Also don't miss the ... ...think the main strength of Top Man for stylish shoppers is that they get top trends & versions of designer items in really quickly. The downside of the shop's popularity is that u can walk down the street and spot lots of people wearing the same item.

This one u must deinitely visit, it's situated on Oxford Street & is HUGE! It's so big that'll u'll definitely find something u like.

only a few of the street styles. If you are a skater don’t bother visiting the store, unless it’s a shiny, clubbing shirt you‘re after!
The stores location is ideal in the middle of town and is excellent, if you wish to combine a visit here with all your other shopping. But the lack of choice, styles and sometimes sizes, in the women’s section. Bring the store down to a poorer level. It’s small nature means it is unsuitable for people with wheelchairs or prams. I am also unsure how a disabled male would reach the top floor. All in all I found this store of a great chain very disappointing and a disgrace to the Topshop name. ...

Topshop is a high street fashion shop, and a very popualr shop at that.
There are two parts to topshop. There is topshop which is for women and then there is topman for the men. The shops are usally together, like one upstairs and one downstairs or joined together.
Topshop sells:-
clothes
shoes
accessories like belts, hair clips, etc.
The clothes are quite expensive though compared to some other clothes shops, but the clothes are of good quality though, so you do not mind paying a bit more for them. I bought a skirt from there and it cost me £25 which is quite expensive really for a skirt.
The shop is fairly small but they still sell a wide range of items and you have plenty to choose from.
Topshop sells fashionable clothes and you find a lot of teenagers and young adults that shop here.

Well people this is going to be a long review, Why? you ask well because it's one shop I am always in and I know alot about it.
If you have never heard of it then i know that you don't go out shopping for clothes very much, If your a man you should of heard of topshop or at least topman.
Anyway for the people who havn't heard of topshop I am going to tell you abit about it.
Topshop is a ladies fashion store which sell's all kind of things, clothes, underwear, shoes, jewellery, swimwear, nightwear, accessories, and not forgetting sweets yes sweets.
