Trident Topflow 12000

I bought two Trident Topflow Filters 12000 in order to filter my 2000 gallon pond combined with Trident 18000 UV Unit. With this setup the Company supposedly gives a Clearwater Guarantee. Within days my pool became like a sewage tank, and fish got infections etc. The water stayed murky due to the design fault that the filter mats are too small for the filter and the filter bulges with the weight of the water. I contacted the Company who accused me of trying to rubbish thier product!!! They were rude, arrogant and unhelpful. If you want a filter which works as good as these, then buy a plastic ... more
