I am going to write this a two separate reviews in one because there are two different things being sold as a package. The xbox live starter pack is online enabled and allows you to play you your xbox games online and the game Pro Evolution Soccer 5 can be played offline and online on the xbox and is the best footy game of them all. Xbox Live Starter Pack Xbox live is great and if you have an xbox I definitely recommend you get it as it's well worth it, £40 is all it costs for a year so it's just the price of a new game which is great. It means you don't really have to spend much to play online. With the starter pack you get Pro Evolution Soccer 5 and an account code as well as a live headset. Overview ------------ Topps Tiles is a chain of nationwide tile shops selling wall tiles and floor tiles and various kinds of other flooring such as laminate. They are usually in out of town shopping areas with plenty of parking. Stores ---------- The stores are reasonably large with a less than convenient layout - most items are piled on the floor and are not very easy to see. Opening hours are good (open 7 days a week) Prices --------- I would say prices are above average and the quality and choice isnt great either. They do a lot of mid range stuff but they are no better than B&Q and B&Q are cheaper. Range -------- The range is mostly plain and simple. Nothing too special, i think this is where the shop lets itself down. The range is definately boring and for anything fancy i would shop else where ...

Topps Tiles - Top or bottom?

Advantages: good choice, quality merchadise, reasonable price
Disadvantages: Staff can be annoying - over attentative

I have just purchased a large quantity of tiles and adhesives from Topps Tiles in West Bromwich to do my bathroom. I had been to a number of other places, and I was somewhat dissatisfied with the choice, quality and price. Topps Tiles had a good choice of tiles for bedroom or bathroom at what were reasonable prices. I worked out what I needed with the help of the tiler who is going to do my bathroom. The list price of these items was around £630, and I asked if I could get a discount and they reduced this by 10%, then when I asked what the best price they could do would be they stated £550, a 13% reduction overall. One tip is always ask the name of the person giving the quote, as you might find someone else will give you a completely different price!
