This laptop is alround very reliable. It is very easy to carry about with you as its light and it is also very versitile. Althought this laptop may come at a bit of a price in my opinion it is very worth it for the working person, it is fast easy to use and quite. Mine is old now and has never failed me once. The downside to this laptop tho like alot of toshiba's it can get very hot, but if you're carefull about the vent then you should be fine. I've had this laptop now for a few months and I love it. I was looking for a lightweight laptop, but I really wanted something powerful enough to play SOME game. Now ok any games released in the last year or to are far too much hard work for this laptop, but because it has a dedicated graphics chip (Geforce GO 6200) it will run slightly older games and I’d say it's just as fast for gaming as my Geforce 6800GT based desktop. Through the business I work for we had about 120 of the Toshiba S100s purchased altough they are sturdy and well designed had many issues which brings the machine down to earth with a huge bump, the first thing everyone notices and mentions is the loud fan which is on almost constantly this is because the 2nd thing everone comments on and that is the heat generated by the machine , some of the machines we have get so hot in certain places its untouchable after an hour or so.
