The Laptop has so much to give, at first it does seem a little bit useless and money is not well spent, well lets just say, it takes more than a few weeks to get the best out of this model.
I was blown away by the graphics card it holds Nvdia 6600, to explain in simple terms, I had a desktop by Compaq, loaded up a game (Battlefield 2) and played, well the desktop kept on skipping, and stopping. This Laptop has not stopped once, even when I play online. This laptop has many benefits, wireless connection for use when on the train, DVD/CD rewriter, excellent use, and it rips those cds off quick. enough USB ports to link up your printer, mouse, webcam and mic. The media player is top of the range. It has its easy buttons to access the TV and media player.
I was also set back by its Surround sound system, you wouldnt believe it just by those two small speakers, well believe it.
As I mentioned earlier, this is not just a games player, this has its programmes for you financing, work, home, designer suites, encarta etc.
The only problem it has, well when the battery is fully charged, you can only use the laptop for approx 1 hr until it needs recharging, so if you are travelling ensure you are near a mains or buy an extra battery cell.
Advantages: Very fast laptop, havent found any software that is unable to run Disadvantages: boot up time can be a bit slow
When i first turned on this laptop i was just blown away by the quality and brightness of the screen, this has got to be the brightest screen of any laptpo that i have seen. The windows midia centre is great for thows how like there entertainment. it is easy to use and hasle free. just click and your away, the built in tv gives an excelant picture and just incase you want to go to the toilet in the middle of the football you can also pause live tv, ...
