    its an excellent laptop to the one who wants to get the best entertainment device. 17 inch screen supported TFT will give you a nice shoot. Very bright screen and supporting with qosmio media player while you are offline. but one of the weakness is, its heavy for a laptop almost 5 kg and its not handy enought to you if you want to carry it out. even its heavy but this is the best laptop for you if you want to explode to entairten yourself in home movie.

    This computer is a nightmare, check out the forums on it, or my web siloway.com there are continual issues with this laptop due to a design fault with the integrated nvidia graphics card on the motherboard overheating. The only solution is then to change the motherboard for around 4/500 pounds (uk) but then the problem is not solved as the new part also has this issue. my advice... I've had one for over a year, don't buy it!

    The Toshiba Qosmio-G30 is a good laptop because is looks nice its not too slow even if you do download alot of stuf just make sure you use the C:// an D:// drives equally. The worst part about the Qosmio G30 is the charger is has caused me sooo much trouble and grief that i wished i never bought this in the first place. The first charger lasted a few months before the back got too hot and melted itin someway which therefore cause it to malfunction and after a wek or two of fiddling around with it it ceased to work, but i thought this would end. I am now on my 3rd charger and i've had ebough ... more

    An excellent all round laptop very high specification easy to use battery lasted for 2.5 hours before re-charge. Vista Ultimate and HD DVD included.

    Product : Toshiba Qosmio G30 Computer Age 18 Months Price $3500 AUS OS Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 model PQG31U-0160078 serial # 76155666H This computer requires a new motherboard because the Nvidia Graphics card is integrated and due to design errors the Graphics card fails due to overheating Toshiba have refused to claim any responsibillity for the problem and Ihave been quoted Approx $1600 for repair plus labour My advice is do not purchase a Toshiba Qosmio.
