This is definately a budget machine which is a perfect desktop replacement with a sleek design and attractive display that would appeal.

(+) positive aspects include the speed, apperance/design of the laptop, and the enhanced performance. (-) i have a matt black laptop and it shows dirty finger prints.

Cons: Unimpressive battery life; glossy screen finish ... ...Satellite Pro A210-1B1 laptop offers enough features and performance oomph for basic business tasks, but its AMD processor may disappoint hard-core multitaskers. Does not over warm up so thats good news for travellers like myself. Is very good value for money, looking at prices of different stores like Technoworld (by now you should all know it is my favourite :) dabs and laptopsdirect etc.

Advantages: Price, Performance, Style, Fast, Updated, Many Features, Sleek, Light, Great speakers, Great disk storage Disadvantages: Battery Life, Not the best for gaming, Vista slows processing speed
...an external hard drive anyways. The display is very bright and clear, and the laptop is very stylish with its dark blue cover and bold Toshiba logo. I would seriously suggest this laptop to anyone in the market for a new computer but without a lot of money to spend. ...

Advantages: Sturdy, practical, does its job well. Disadvantages: Not a good entertainment centre, terrible battery life.
...laptops and he told me Toshiba is the one brand he never sees being returned.
There's not lots of features although it comes with Premium Home Vista as opposed to Basic which some laptops in the same price bracket have instead of it.
Battery life is appalling, about an hour if you do not plug it in, and this is very disappointing. On the plus side, it is very hardy as I have bashed it around and dropped it being clumsy and nothing is broken!!
