This was my first ever laptop and it's good value for money. Before buying, I spoke to someone I know who repairs laptops and he told me Toshiba is the one brand he never sees being returned.
There's not lots of features although it comes with Premium Home Vista as opposed to Basic which some laptops in the same price bracket have instead of it.Battery life is appalling, about an hour if you do not plug it in, and this is very disappointing. On the plus side, it is very hardy as I have bashed it around and dropped it being clumsy and nothing is broken!!
The DVD player does not always work so well either at times and fails to play.
