Toshiba Floppy disk drive 1.44 MB

Advantages: ALMOST NOTHING
Disadvantages: ALMOST EVERYTHING

...FLOPPY DISK A very good device to save some of your stuff. 1.44mb is not much of a very big space. It is not worth it but the price you pay is comparatively small. There are more devices like USB and Mp3 players which costs just bit more and gives more space. To be precise in 1.44 mb you can just save about ONE or two JPG image. if u need something to save your project in or which you might need for long it is not worth it. it is worth for some one who just wants to save some word documents. The another disadvantage which is kind of a major one is that the laptops don't have a floppy drive built in. You need an external Floppy drive to make this thing work in the laptop. ...GREAT LAPTOP, IN THE WAY IT LOOKS WITH IT'S SLEEK DESIGN, AND QUALITY FEEL, EASE OF USE AND PERFORMANCE. AS STANDARD MEMORY IT HAS 512 MB OF RAM WHICH CAN BE EXPANDED TO 1024 MB IF NEEDED. PERFORMANCE CAN BE A LITTLE SLOW AT TIMES, BUT THAT IS ONLY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PROGRAMS YOU USE AT THE SAME TIME. BATTERY LIFE IS REASONABLE, ONLY LASTING 3 HOURS MAXIMUM, BUT IT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR PORTABILITY. THE CLOCK SPEED IS REASONABLE ENOUGH WITH 1.5 GHZ, ALSO THE HARD DISK IS A LIITLE SMALL AT 40GB BUT THERE ARE OTHER TOSHIBA SATELLITE PRO L10'S WITH LARGER HARD DISKS, BUT IS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. Advantages: quicker than floppys, holds several hundread MBs of data, easy to carry around
