Although I am quite keen on a good Müller yoghurt with a nice strong fruity flavour, I am also partial to a decent tub of Greek yoghurt! I was delighted when I came across the pots of Fage Total Greek yoghurt, 0% fat in Asda, and could not wait to try it! There wasn't much that actually ... Read review

0% regrets! Review with images

Advantagestasteful, healthy, variable

DisadvantagesA bit pricey in the long run

"...came across the pots of Fage Total Greek yoghurt, 0% fat in Asda, and could not wait to try it! There wasn't much that actually attracted me to this product; the packaging is very basic. The yoghurt is kept inside a round plastic tub, which has a main white colour to it, except the writing, which is a dark blue shade. The large '0%' sign on the top did play a part in luring me closer, as I wondered what exactly it was lacking in. When I found ..." Read review

Total emmmmmmmmm Review with images

AdvantagesJust about everything for the health conscious

DisadvantagesIt'll cost a fortune to buy loads of these.

"...- 'produced in Greece by Fage Dairy Industry'; a logo to show it is approved of by the Vegetarian society and a sign to show the pot is recyclable. Ingredients wise are boring, which is a really good thing actually as it means this is a really natural healthy product - 'Pasteurised skimmed cow's milk, Live Active yoghurt culture.' Yup- that's it peeps! It's really high in protein for a yoghut at 9g per 100g (about 13g for the whole pot); o% fat, ..." Read review

100% tasty, 0% fat

AdvantagesCreamy and just like full fat version

DisadvantagesShould come in larger tubs!

"This low fat, creamy Greek yogurt is a wonder product which I discovered when following weightwatchers (a whole tub is just 1 point). I had tried the full fat version and didn't believe that the 0% low fat version would taste anywhere near as good, but it tastes virtually the same! I use it in place of sour cream in all sorts of recipes, for example fajitas/tacos/mexican food and stirred into pasta to make a sauce. It withstands heat pretty well ..." Read review

Great in pavlovas as a cream substitute

Advantagesno fat - great texture

Disadvantagesquite expensive

"Some years ago I lost nearly 6 stone with Weightwatchers so I am a died in the wool label checker and a foodfat-phobe. This product is a favourite of mine. I use it to make mini-pavlovas that are even better than ones with cream. Just buy a pack of small meringue nests, fill with 0% fat greek yoghurt and decorate with fresh or defrosted summer fruits. If you have it, a swirl of coulis is also a good touch. Does it taste the same as full fat ..." Read review
