The SUV that makes me feel on top of the world

Advantages: Reliable, Economical, Comfortable and Very Spacious
Disadvantages: None

Reliability is very important to me when purchasing a vehicle. I live in a remote area that requires a strong and durable vehicle to face the tough weather I deal with. I never thought I would find a vehicle that would live up to my satisfaction 100% however the performance of my Rav4 has done that and gone beyond my expectations. I find it is full of power, and have gotten me out of some pretty sticky situations. I can get in and out of parking ...
...picks up speed in a jippy. I think it is the most comfortable vehice to drive on long distances. I have come to trust and fully rely on my Rav. I have no regrets purchasing it, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a powerful and economical machine full of GUTS!! ...

Our favourite car ever !!

Advantages: Roomy, great drive, quick off the mark, stunning looks and reliable.
Disadvantages: Rear door doesn't open fully, parcel shelf.

...the standard of service from Toyota brilliant, the cost of running reasonable and the off-road experience has been fantastic (my parents live on a farm on a hill, no need to use the dangerous lane anymore - straight over the fields). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody that is looking for a good all-round vehicle with 4x4 capabilities, the interior is comfy and makes you feel secure. ...

Is this the future of motoring?

Advantages: Running costs, low emissions, features, reliable
Disadvantages: Fuel consumption could be better

...too. HISTORY OF THE TOYOTA PRIUS Work started in 1994 & the original Prius was introduced in 1997 & two years later in the UK. It was years ahead of its time & due to the enormous cost of producing the special battery that powers the car, Toyota subsidised the cost to allow the public to buy the car at an affordable price. It never sold in great numbers, however when the second version was introduced (and the subject of this review) with many ...
...a couple of years after Toyota but never had the same success, now many other car makers are developing their versions so hybrids will become more popular. Are they the answer to our problems? Are these cars any good in the real world? THE TOYOTA PRIUS I was fortunate enough to drive two separate models in different circumstances over the period of three days a couple of months ago. One was driven around a city for two days & one on a longer journey ...

Today, Tomorrow, Toyota

Advantages: TR model has good specification, good fuel consumption
Disadvantages: Some may find styling a little dull

I have owned my Toyota Avensis TR 2.2 D-4D for just over one year now and have covered around 25000 miles, having purchased an ex demonstrator model on an 08 plate in Nov 08 with just over 1500 miles on the clock. I commute quite a distance to work and use my car for business trips around twice a month and so my driving is mostly motorway or fast A road/dual carriage way driving, with little heavy town driving in my normal routine. When shopping ...
...Servicing and Reliability - the Toyota warranty requires that the car has a full service every 20000 miles and an oil and filter change every 10000 miles. As I had actually done 10000 miles 3 months after acquiring the car last year, then servicing costs were a concern to me. My local dealer does offer interest free payment options for signing into a three year servicing option, which includes a 10% saving off the list price, although this was not ...
