well ive been stuck with a chevorlet matiz for a long time now, i started driving 2.5 years ago and bought it for my first car, but now i have some money floating about and my premiums are low enough, its time to get a sportscar ;) im a young man (at 21) so every young man has a sportscar, now i am a big fan of japanese cars, the reliability and speed of japanese cars is pretty damn exceptional, and i found a bright red 1994 MR2 t-top turbo, lovely, and now im £2400 lighter and a proud owner of a bright red sports car ;) now, im writing this review after 8 months of owning the car so theres quite a timeframe to go over,.
--Interior-- What a driving position! i feel like im sitting in a ferarri in this thing! and surprisingly comfartble seats, but the suspension isnt all that confartble but i can live with that, as it is made to go round corners quickly, a decently well made interior on this car, no mismatched plastic or stuff like that, just a bit basic really.
--engine and power-- now under the hood of this beast (the hood is at the back, mid engined ;) ) you will find a 3S-GTE motor, its a 2.0L twin cam 16V turbo engine making over 200BHP and plenty of torque for speeding out of corners ;) , ok so its not very good on fuel but hey, its a sportscar ;) (i dont know how many times im gonna mention that its a sportscar lol ) ive got roughly 25-ish mpg out of it so not bad, but never the less a very responsive engine but a common fault is the alternator siezing up, so make sure you check that the alternator is spinning freely and watch the engine dont get to hot, as that is the reason it seizes.
--body and looks-- now i have always dreamed of owning such a car and looking at posters and pics on the internet have always put into my head that this thing looks like a little ferarri, and thats high praise from me. this car is a poor mans ferrari, but id rather have this over an F40 anyday. some very nice styling and the pop up headlights are SO underated ;), a very clean looking car and will turn heads.
--handling and grip-- so as it is a sportscar you would expect it to handle well, and it does, a very direct and smooth feeling at the wheel and plenty of grip, although it could handle better than it does, but i got a lkittle tounge in cheek and read on a couple of forums and found out that the 1994 model does hand adjustable camber plates, so i just adjusted the for 2 degrees of negative camber and instantly got wayy betyter results ;)
--overall-- such a well made little car, will eat most things on the road, handles well, pulls well and a fantastic car to look at, if your thinking of buying a sportscar look no further, this is a car you should seriously think about buying, if toyota put this car back into production then i would see no reason why it wouldnt sell like hotcakes
Nice review, but more detail would be good. Also the ;) that you keep putting is a bit distracting and isn't really need, or certainly not so many times. You also need to check through what you've written for spelling mistakes and make sure to use capital letters at the start of sentences too. Little things like that and more detail will make the review more helpful.
