    Advantages Advantages You get you car back undamaged and thief arrested

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None that I can think of

    In the days of alarms and people ignoring them (me included)and getting woken up at 3am by an annoying beeping noise I am pleased to say that there is a product on the market that hasn't failed. People can spend up to £1,000 on an audio alarm but for £300.00 my Tracker was fitted. The devise was covertly fitted into my Porsche (even I didn't know where it was fitted!!) and 2 weeks ago my pride an joy was gone. I phoned Tracker and their friendly and efficient service took the details of the theft and informed me that they would call me back when they had any news. Within 1 hour my car was ... more

    Awful customer service. My car (BMW X5 Sport) was stolen when my house was burglared. I wasn't sure if it had a tracker or not installed on it. I eventually got through (2nd day of trying) to another moody, abrupt telephone assistant to ask about it and was told that he couldn't tell me if it had a tracker on it or not. I phoned back again 10 days later on the off chance and was told it did have a tracker on it. They were about to activate it, but I mentioned it had been stolen and they then said they wouldn't activate it, as I hadn't payed the membership. I didn't realise that I had to do ... more
