Advantages: Keeps everything in one place Disadvantages: The bottle and container do not have the Roary logo
I bought this Roary the Racingcar lunch bag for my son the other day as he frequently goes out with his grandparents and now we have this beautiful weather he needs something to store his lunch in and to keep his food chilled.
* The Bag*
The bag is kind of rectangular and is made from 80% Polyester, 20% PVC and the lining is 100% PVC , it is red in colour with a chequered pattern on the sides , it has a really soft spongy carry handle, and there is a zip which goes all around the picture when you unzip it, it opens up quite wide to reveal an insulated compartment.
On the front of the lunch bag is a big shiny picture of Roary with the words Roary the RacingCar and I`m a winner!
There is a plastic zip tag which has a star with a number1 , when you open up the bag you will find inside a drinks bottle and a snack container ...
Advantages: Very catchy, addictive and entertaining Disadvantages: Not very good extras
As my son (18 months) is rapidly becoming a Roary the RacingCar fan, I thought that we should be one of the first families to purchase this DVD.
Managed to order it online from Amazon, along with another item and got both for less than the high street price and free delivery to boot.
Anyway...the review -
The DVD is based on the adventures of a little red racingcar called Roary. He stays at the Silverhatch race track with his friends. Most episodes feature Roary and his four racingcar friends (Maxi, CiCi, Drifter and Tin Top. There are also two human characters called Big Chris (voiced by Peter Kay) and Marsha (The race marshall).
On the surface this DVD looks every bit as good as the first one in the series (Roary's First Day), but it has 7 episodes instead of 5. Although I still think that is a bit meager. Also ...

Roary the racingcar has been a permanent fixture in my household for some time now. My son was introduced to him through his cousin who was already a big fan. So, we had to start watching Nick JR and Milkshake on 5 in the mornings to catch every episode. After a couple of months of being asked when Roary was on, my husband and I decided to get the DVD for our little boy as it would avoid the countless disappointing look if we ever missed it.
If you are not familiar with Roary's antics, here is a little catch-up.
Roary is a little red racingcar living and racing at Silverhatch racecourse. His friends and competitors at the racetrack are:
Maxi: a yellow racingcar with an Italian accent (he is also Roary's main rival)
Cici: a friendly pink French solar powered car
Drifter: A yellow street racingcar with neon ...
