Advantages: Fashionable and dinky. Pretty reliable and a reputable brand. Disadvantages: Extortionate compared with other Mp3 players of 2Gig or at that price
...the photos with a tiny screen on the Nano. All the other Mp3 players mentioned can take photos and project them onto a much bigger screen.
Its time for you to decide then. Which one will you buy, which will you invest in and ultimately which will suit your lifestyle best. As I said initially, I travelled this rocky road to choose an Mp3 player for my sister. After a long think, I choose against the Nano because of its price per Gigabyte - only 2Gb for £135 is awful. Compared to the Creative, Philips, Samsung and Toshiba, it is extortionate and just not what I could afford. I shunned the Sony Walkman for the same reason - 5Gb for £175! So between the 4 less-renound companies left, I choose the Toshiba's Gigabeat because it is least likely to fail on software, it's the best looking and has an ergonomic shape fitting the hand size perfectly...

Advantages: Video playback, supplied headphones Disadvantages: Small screen, no case
...A great alternative to the ipod. This plays video
clips, music and you can view your photo's also.
Playback is great even on the small 2" screen.
The menu's are straight forward using the 4 way
rocker button. The headphones supplied are
also very good, EX type for superior sound quality.
It uses a lithiom ion battery. Estimated Atrac
playback is 30 hours and video playback 8 hours.
It comes in 2GB 4GB and 8GB versions with
3 colours available. Prices start at £100 for
the 2GB version. The supplied sonic stage software
also works well, and transferring all file types
are easily done with the supplied usb cable.
Overall build quality is excellent, and worth putting
on your short list for the video playback alone....

Advantages: Easy use - Simple, and USB attatchment Disadvantages: Sonic Stage (program supplied)
..., but as it is on back as time goes on you get used to it and it doesn't look as harsh than at first.
Conclusion
I have to say i love the player the sleek design, the capabilities of the functions for ease and effiecient use. The one thing i did not like about it was the Sonic Stage, which was horrendous for me to use with quite a few glitches it would seem and a considerable loading time. I have had this player for nearly two years now, so i am very pleased with it and it is extremely durable, but a problem i am finding with it now is that 2GB is not enough memory, compared to those available now! But i still recommened it for people who just want a convienient and user friendly mp3 player....

Samsung have done a pretty amazing job here. The SGH-X820 is officially the thinnest phone in the world. Measuring in at a tiny 6.9 mm at the slimmest point (Approx. 9 mm where the camera module is mounted).
