Bite and sting releif
Advantages: none Disadvantages: too expensive and doesnt work
...i brought this cream from Boots for £3.99. I thought this was a bit expensive for the size of the cream but thought it must be good stuff. I started using the cream as recommended on the back 2-3 times a day for a maximum 3 days. When you apply the cream it relieved the itches for about 10 mins then she would itch again. As she kept doing this i thought i would give it ago on my bites to make sure and to a surprise i was itching after about 10-15 ... ...take her back to the Boots pharmacy on which i was advised to carry on using this cream. As i didnt think it was working i brought piriton liquid which was prescribed by our doctor which is working but very slowly. I wouldn't buy this cream again as the price of it was too expensive just for a relief of 10 mins and you can only apply it 3 times a day. We didn't get a rash of any side effects from using this cream even tho i have very sensitive fair ...

I was searching online to buy more as my local market doesn't stock it now, which is how i came to be writing this review. Spray away the mossies with Jungle Formula!
Advantages: Keeps the biting insects away Disadvantages: Deet based, smells awful!
Review of Jungle Formula Extra Strength Insect Repellent Spray, as mentioned in my previous review for insect repellent wipes! Jungle Formula Insect repellent Spray is an easy to use, pump spray designed to deter biting insects such as mosquitoes, midges and other nasties. It contains Deet and can be used on children over the age of 10 years The Jungle Formula range has been around for many years and produces products for use both in the UK and abroad. ... ...pharmacist. He recommended the Jungle Formula range and I purchased several items including this spray. The product Jungle Formula Insect Repellent spray is presented in a cylindrical, pump action, plastic spray bottle, of approximately 6 inches in height. The labeling is a distinctive green, with white writing. Two silhouetted green mosquitoes either side of a red triangle containing a white mosquito complete the image. The lid is made of clear ...

Golden Tans
Advantages: cheap price, effective protection Disadvantages: -
...to recommend to you this Boots Kids Sun Spray SPF30. A lot of people might be going away for the winter sun so this might still be useful as Australia and places alike still get rays of sunshine while we await the snowfall. I bought this spray just before my summer holiday but it took me a while to pick one as I find all of the sun sprays very overpriced especially when you are only going away for a week and don't need too big a bottle for just yourself. ... ...what you are buying. The Boots logo is on the front as are all the key facts such as it being 5 star UVA protection and water resistant and being SPF30 HIGH. On the bottle reverse, they state that it is a 200ml bottle which to be honest is enough for a week holiday as I was most certain I wouldn't even use this anyway as it seemed like too much. All of the ingredients are also listed on the back of the bottle so that you can see everything included ...

Soap, Sink and Water, in a bottle
Advantages: no need for water, kills 99.9% of bacteria Disadvantages: the smell, may make hands feel dry
I first brought this product for going camping with as it's never easy to make sure hands are clean especially when you're eating and cooking in a field where you are miles away from buildings and tap water ect. But now i use it all the time and the 50ml bottle is small enough for me to take everywhere. But beware, it doesn't shouldn't become a substitute of washing hand but with the flu epidemic ect it just gives you that extra security of having ... ...useful is that there is no need for water or drying as it dries almost instanting. All you need to do is remove the lid and push the pump once in your hands, which gives you just the right amount of gel to kill all the bacteria. Even though it is made for more sensitive skin and is less harsh (less alcohol in it) than others, i did find it dries my hand and i needed to moisturise more often. If it gets on a cut, it also stings quite a lot. There ...
