Advantages: Their site gives a good comparison of flights, including the low-cost carriers.
Disadvantages: Their systems - either computer or staff practice- bilk you after reserving ticket.

I was staggered to log into this site and see the reviews of eDreams. Tried to use them from Sudan a couple of years ago, and it was just impossible - their staff were giving about one-quarter of the necessary information at a time, and eventually I gave up. I assumed that it was because I was booking from one country, paying with a credit card from another country, and the billing address in a third country. Anyway, gave them another try yesterday. ...

Having had an exchange of about 6 e-mails inside an hour, and then they go dead, as I challenge two price rises on a confirmed reservation, I can only conclude that it is a scam operation. Excite webmail now even worse than ever

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Functions not working, very slow, ugly design

I have been using the free Excite webmail service for over ten years and I have to tell you it sucks! My outgoing emails sometimes reach their destination, sometimes not; it's the same with incoming emails, - some reach me some don't. I regularly discover that my email address is the source of spam so I guess their security is lax as well.
