My wife had a fall while in Switzerland on holiday last year. She felt something 'give' as she fell, but didn't think too much about it. During the day the pain was bearable but was causing problems at night and we decided that some investigation was needed. However, a further Invoice came to us from the Swiss equivalent of the NHS advising us that we were due them a part payment of the medical bill as there is no reciprocal agreement with UK. Kwik Fit Insurance???? They actually do insurance??? YES!!! I was previously with elephant.co.uk (check out my review of them) and decided to do a little bit of a shop around to find a deal and a deal I did find. After going on an insurance comparison site (moneysupermarket.com and confused.com) Kwik Fit came up as one of the cheapest insurance providers.... so I was quite surprised to find out they actually do insurance let alone a good price. ...

Didnt have to even use my own phone bill! and like cinderella at midnight i had insurance for my car within 10 mins and was fully covered. Bingo!!! I paid a deposit on the phone which was around £100... still cheaper then elephant.co.uk and I had all mypaperwork within a week. Extrememly efficient i thought. A complete waste of money! Don't use them. Booked a holiday to France with flights from Glasgow to London, with connection in London taking us to France. Due to attack Glasgow airport was closed and so we had to buy train tickets to get us to London next day and then new plane tickets to get us to France.
