Trixie Wicker Bridge for Rodents

I just love these wicker bridges and so do my piggies!

The wicker bridge is available from all your usual highstreet and online retailers with the price varying according to the size you buy and can cost around £1.50- £6.00.

The bridge itself is a fab multipurpose addition to your pets cage due to its ability to flex and bend to the shape you choose. It can be used as a chew toy due to the natural, safe materials and fits in well with other pet products such as willow sticks and balls.

I have used my wicker bridges to create:

• Ramps to higher areas within the cage
• Tunnels for my piggies to explore
• A hidey hole for my smaller piggie to get some time away from his bigger friend
• A semi-circle shaped obstacle to run around and into
• A house area filled with bedding

As the bridge bends and flexes it can fit into most spaces, however my advice would be to check the dimensions of the bridge that you buy. I made the mistake of buying a medium one, only to bend it and realise it was far too small to make a tunnel for my bigger boars.

Overall wicker bridges are fun to play with and readjust over time to make your cage more stimulating for your small pet. There are countless possibilities and more tha one wicker bridge can be combined with another to create a multilevel home for your pet.
