PICTURE PERFECT!

Advantages: CHEAP, EASY TO USE, CONVENIENT
Disadvantages: NONE

...WITH TRUPRINT
I’ve used truprint to have my photos developed for about 20 years. I remember having my first camera and the excitement I felt when getting my photos through the post along with a free film so I could use my camera straight away. I now use truprint online and have my digital photos developed into gloss prints to add to my photo album. For some reason I like to see them in photo albums – it probably sounds a little old fashioned ...

Cheeeese!

Advantages: good service, easy to use, fast and effective
Disadvantages: can get very busy during Xmas and summer holidays

...by Truprint. I have used Truprint many times for photos and photo gifts. I think the best item I purchased was a calendar for my fiancé with pictures of our first year together. The calendar was of an amazing quality at a great price. ONLINE SERVICES The Truprint website (http://www.truprint.co.uk) is rather amazing. Not only can you set up an account so that you can upload and share your photos with family and friends you can order them at a click ...
...full price for in the Truprint shop. Last year before Christmas I had an email about a calendar. I decided to go ahead with this product as it had £5 off and free delivery, I ended up paying £7 in the end. I really enjoyed selecting the photos, designing the layout of the calendar and adding my text (such as don't forget my birthday, our anniversary or Valentines Day). The designing stage was very simple and didn't really take long. Before purchasing ...

The negative side of Truprint

Advantages: normally a speedy service
Disadvantages: don't seem to be able with problems very well.

...I got involved, and called Truprint to find out what was going on, to be told by one of their customer services people that there had been a backlog due to a machine breakdown, and that she would get a manager or supervisor to call us back later that day to let us know when we could expect the enlargements. No callback. I called again the following day (this being today) to find out what exactly was happening, to be profusely apologised to by another ...

I wonder what on here.

Advantages: Develope films cheaply.
Disadvantages: Have to write a cheque!

What do you get if you cross a recent holiday to Tenerife with a house move? Any ideas? No? It is really simple? Okay I will tell you. Twenty-Seven exposed camera films. Well it does in my house! Both Shane and I have this horrible habit of taking many photos but we forget to have films developed, so they have been known to sit around the house or in a camera for years. (I am sure we are not the only ones). I even found two 126 film during the move! The majority of films found were 35mm and as we were unsure what the picture were of, so we both thought that we would use Truprint to develop them. It would cost a lot to have them developed at our local Boots or Kodak shops and if the films had degraded we would not loose out too much money if they could not be developed. **The Truprint Envelope** These can be picked up in many ...

Review of Truprint - Photo Processng

The Bigger (and better) Picture

Advantages: ultra quick service and delivery, very cheap, high quality
Disadvantages: need broadband

For over a year, I have been using Truprint's online photo developing service (and I still have yet to find a complaint about them), but it was curiosity that led me to try something new (+ the 30 free photo credits was a big incentive too). I am somewhat of a sceptic, and I half expected Photobox to delivery an average quality product and mildly respectable customer service, basically due to the fact that I had never heard of them. But I was immensely surprised when I received my prints through the door THE NEXT DAY, and all in very high quality. They were on par, or even better than Truprint's service. The photo's came securely packaged and exceeded my expectations in every way. The website isn't the best looking one in the world, and the layout and interface are a bit bland and un-eventful, but nevertheless, the ordering ...

Boots - an inconsistent service

Advantages: Competative prices, good loyalty scheme.
Disadvantages: Inconsistent level of quality of finished prints

Speilman, and, as I have an Advantage Card, ( the Boots loyalty points card) I was likely to get a large amount of my money back in points. On the other hand, however, I have only praise for the Boots online Digital Photo Centre. My digital prints were perfect, well exposed, exactly as I had intended them to come out. Having used other online developers including Snapfish and Truprint, I would certainly stick to Boots online, as I have had to return prints to the others due to their exceptional poor quality. If only the quality was as good in store as it is online! ...
