Everythings Rosy with that winning smile
Advantages all of the above
Disadvantages if you want your photo's back in a hurry take them to an express processing lab
Remember the annoying advert from a few years ago, a glorious summers day and that woman with big white teeth and a huge smile saying "smile it's Truprint". I now use Truprint to have my photographs developed and I have been more than happy with their service.
I used to use Jessops to have my photographs developed, but I thought that at nearly £7 for a 36 roll of film, they were getting a bit expensive, also, I thought that the colours were not as bright as they could be, they were coming back quite dark. I had a Truprint envelope and I took a film and took some snaps around the house/garden and sent them away. They were of a much better quality and I was very pleased with them.I find that their envelopes are easy to get hold of, and they always seem to have some offer or other on. I had some envelopes last summer that unbeknown to me was an old offer. They sent me my films with all the free films (as per the offer) and told me that it was no longer a current offer, but they would honour any envelopes that I had which I thought was very good of them.
The current offer is as follows:-
For 35mm films
30% bigger (6x4") £1.79 (27exp) £2.49 (40exp)
100% bigger 5x7") £2.49(27exp) £ 2.99 (40exp)
For APS films
Extra's include a set of extra prints for £1 for any format roll size in the 35mm film. For APS, an extra set will cost you £1.95.
If you want your prints on a CD-ROM, thet charge £4.99 per film. They sell a 35mm single use camera with flash for £4.99.
Postage and packing is 65p per film roll sent in.Their developing prices are very good. I have got about 3 films I was given that expired about 14 months ago, and I was not sure about using. For the sake of £1.99 + 65p postage it is worth using them on general un-inportant snaps and sending them away and have them developed in the small size. I very often let my 4 year old take some photo's and we use them in scrap books etc, so it won't cost me the earth to do this.
You can also add 35p for an express service, but I find that it doesn't take that long to come back anyway, they are back within the week. If you are not happy with any of them, you can send them back and they will re-print them.

I used to use Tripleprint, but I now use Truprint as I like their service and it is cheaper to get two sets developed instead of one at Tripleprint.
