The good old 350W Enermax PSU kept everything up and running until the Geforce 7800 was slotted in - the system kept crashing and shutting down at that point. It just couldn't cope with the large power draw required by the card. The Enermax was replaced with a 520W Trust PSU which had SATA power connectors and a dedicated PCI Express type power connector in addition to the standard floppy and harddisk power plugs. I was able to feed the power hungry Geforce 7800 directly from this PCI Express cable and everything is stable now.
Newer PSU's don't come with the ATX AUX power connector present on the TH7-II. It provided additional 3.3 and 5v power to the board. ...Storage is all important, whether you need it for your day-to-day work, or for backing up those important files, you can never have enough of it. Advantages: 300MBs per second plus 500GBs Disadvantages: nothing
...The interface transfer rate of this 3gigabit hard drive is phenomenal! Its literally blisteringly fast at almost 300 MBs per second. Now this is faster than most dual-core pcs can manage and its a shame this isn't a desktop processor instead! I usually got around 281 MBs when testing it at work and this really is designed for speedy transfers.
I like the ease of use of this hard drive, which is twice as fast as offerings currently on the market. ESATAII seems to be very good in my experience.
The tower-like appearance with a stable base and contemporary white casing is a pleasing move by Lacie.
Its slim, rectangualer design means that it is a space saver and can be stored upright close to your pc.

Its a superb platform for archiving and backing up your media files such as dvds, videos, JPEGS etc due to its...
