Advantages: Small, cheap, does what it says on the box Disadvantages: none
I had to transfer some old VHS into DVD for convenience so I did browse the internet looking for something really good yet easy to use and most important not expensive.
I found a lot of very good reviews about this product, so I decided to give it a go and bought one, well I have to say that it works beautifully, the manual is very clear, the installation was a breeze, the software bundled is very useful and whilst I'm writing the device is currently helping me to transfer my 10th tape and counting...
The video output is surprisingly good in particular using the composite input, I checked with "graphedit" the directshow codecs used and they are the one provided by the bundled software, however because the device is a WDM compliant device you can use any capture software that will convert to MPEG2 with better codecs, again this is just ...
Advantages: Works just as the orginial cable shipped with iPod - Great Spare/Replacement Disadvantages: Can be costly if purchased from Apple
Apple iPod datacable is not an essential purchase as any iPod you buy comes with one with the exception of the shuffle.

I boughtone of these as spare as they were available for $5. I now have one at work for those emergency charges - and one connected to my universal dock at home.
I own generic cables for the iPod and this cable has no advantage apart from the locking connector on the dock side. This cable can cost more than generic ones. ...

This is a normal printer cable which means it has two ends, one being the end which goes into any USB port in your computer or laptop, this end is the rectangle shaped end and is called a type A.
The other end is which goes into your printer, and don’t worry as nearly every printer made has this kind of end so it will definitely fit, and this end is kind of square in shape and is known as the type B end.
It transfersdata to your computer at speeds of up to 480 mbps, that’s megabytes a second which is really fast and is about 40 times faster than USB 1.1 cables.
The cable its self is 1.8 m ...
