I got on to these lovely smelling sent sticks at my local independent shop, I go for my morning news paper and various other times at times in the day.

When I went in at times there was a smoky scented smell that was soothing and gorgeous and wasn’t overpowering, it made the shop smell nice and lasted a long time the shop owner advised me.
He showed me what they were and I searched on the net and found them in various locations ranging from £1.00 to £3.00 , I have now seen them for sale in chemists such as Lloyds chemist and in the cleaning and fragrance isle in supermarkets.

Being feng shui there are a four elements earth, wind, fire and water which are various strengths, I bought the earth incense sticks made by Tulasi.

I bought a box for £2.99 from ebay with £1.00 postage which contains 20 sticks with each stick lasting over an hour and giving of a strong but not over powering scent until they go out.

According to feng shui earth gives stability and relates to real estate and legacies, earth is patient, just and honest and methodical in its traits.

Not understanding feng shui at all I don't get how it can also be smothering and demanding, it must work like the sighs of the zodiac.

Anyway the smell that comes from these little sticks is good and smells pleasant, if it brings you the good form of spiritual relief that’s good, if your a believer or not I'm still open minded, as I am with where a seat is placed in a room it feels better then another spot.

I may be simple and have simple opinions but I believe in black and white and if true comes the saying on the box so be it I’ll believe it but for now I'm happy with the smell.

It makes my whole house smell pretty much like the surf / gift shops in Devon and Cornwall and lush bath bomb shops that have lots of fragrant items, very nice indeed.

Well the earth one is not sure about the others until I've tried them, the sticks themselves are like the stick lighters in a fireworks box, the smoulder for a long time although lighting is easy I would advise to get the sand jar accessory to stand them in.

Basically its a small glass jar with the sand foam that florists use to poke flower stems in decorations or are used in burial vases, this is a safe way to stand the stick and of course out of the reach of children as they are hot, or smouldering.

I advise not to high though or the main body of the fragrance is above head hight as the fumes are hot and rise to, I recommend these purely on scent alone, if you feel you can undertake the feng shui side all the power to you.

I can admit the sent is uplifting and really hits your nasal p[passage and drowns out any other good or bad smells and indeed lingers for a day or two it is that strong.

So if you want to try something different to spray or plug in aromas try these you like them plus you can feel a bit hippy and new age at the same time.
