I purchased this tumble dryer over a month ago now and I was pleasantly surprised. It came with a year guarantee and 4 years parts. It was much quieter than my previous dryer and dryed the clothes in a quarter of the time! The water compartment is stored at the top so you don't have to get down on the floor to remove it which is always a bonus. The 'high' heat setting is fantastic. Had this machine for about 2 years, have changed belt twice, and heating element has just burnt out, however that aside has been great value for money and we have had a lot of use out of it. I would recommend the product, it does exactly what you want it to do and I am sure the 2 belts were down to overloading.
