I've had this machine for about two years now and find it simple to use, easy to maintain and feel safe to leave it on when i go out as it has the automatic sensor, so no fiddly timing to adjust. I bought this as it matched the rest of my kitchen appliances. It has an auto-dry sensor (or something) that senses when the load is dry. It even has a cool down mode, so that when you open the door when the load is down you don't get hit by a face full ...

...managed to get a compact Hotpoint Dryer– I can’t remember the princely sum, but it was a life saver! It was used more often in the winter, but was great to soften the towels if they had baked in the sun in the odd summer, All in all it was well used and it lasted very well, but after the door fell off and was duly mended, the glue eventually dried out and one of the times when it fell off again, the control switch broke.
