Advantages: It is simple and quite quiet Disadvantages: The filter needs cleaning after every load
Last week my old tumble dryer decided to die , so I started to have a look in the shops and on the internet for a new one. There is such a big range of tumble dryers around that it was very hard to decide on which one to go for but eventually I went for this Whirpool as it looked easy to use.
This dryer has a large 6kg capacity which is great as I can get a full load of washing dried in one go.
It has a rectangular door which opens out wide and ... ...the door can be changed to allow opening from left to right instead of right to left.
On the front of the machine you will find a Start and Gentle button and also a large dial which you use to set the programme that you want , the are 4 programmes - Airing , Cupboard Dry , Iron - dry and Ready to Wear. There is also an automatic anti-crease and a filter full alert which lights up red when full.
The dryer has a reverse spin which means it turns ...
Advantages: Easy to operate, does the business Disadvantages: None apart from this faulty timer
...to be true! Got my Whirlpool on 27/3/07 after seeing a Whirlpool Dishwasher that a friend had been given. It was in great nick, about 16 years old; it looked and felt very solidly built. So, when my existing tumble dryer gave up the ghost I thought I'd try a Whirlpool. I'm a Tumble Dryer Expert - name the brand, I've had them all! They all lasted no more than 2 years so I was getting a bit fed up. 2 weeks ago my Whirlpool timer control started to ... ...go off to do something else, come back expecting a load of washing is ready to iron or put in the airing cupboard and the door's gaping open... Now, the Whirlpool engineer is coming to look at it on Monday, between 1 and 6pm they say. Just watch this space! ...
Advantages: excellent quality Disadvantages: They last so long, people will laugh at how old your appliances are.
...That said, I own a Whirlpool Dryer and a few other Whirlpool appliances as well. Especially since the company markets Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Brastemp, Bauknecht and other major brand names. With a clear conscience, I can gladly tell you that I would recommend any model manufactured or marketed by this company because their products are durable and last for a long time. I have owned other brands of washer and dryer, and luckily ... ...the companion for the new Whirlpool washer I bought to replace the 1 year old washer (of a different brand) that ended up in the dump.
I can honestly say that I have never had to make that call to the Maytag Man on ANY of my Whirlpool appliances. ...
Advantages: Extra Large 7kg Capacity, Energy Saving, 6th Sense Technology System & Filter Full Alert Disadvantages: Regular Cleaning Required
The Whirlpool AWZ7913 tumble dryer also known as the 6th Sense condenser dryer is ideal for those rainy days when its impossible to hang your clothes outside to dry. I'm not too keen on tumble dryers but had to get one for exactly that reason. I went with Whirlpool because of the good reputation it has in manufacturing these types of appliances.
The tumble dryer comes in only one colour, white which would fit nicely in any kitchen. The main features ... ...think its too much hassle for something which simply dries your clothes. Overall I would recommend the Whirlpool AWZ7913 tumble dryer if you do a lot of laundry otherwise just use the house radiators, they do the job and is less hassle. The tumble dryer cost around £200. ...
Advantages: Cheaper on electric Disadvantages: none known
WOW!!! What can I say about this Fantastic tumble dryer well just that. Let me start off with i normal condenser with a timer or just a normal dryer with the hose they are more expensive when it comes to electricy because when the clothes dry it just carrys on going.
Anyway the pros of owning this tumble dryer with an automatic timer is that it will stop drying when the clothes are dry and then goes onto anti decrease for a while im not sure for ... ...it. This is very handy for those of you who like me doesnt like to waste money on electricy when you dont have to.
This tumble dryer can also dry a lot more clothes at a time than any other i have used (well that i have seen my partner use :o} ). Ours will actually hold 6kg of wet clothing and when the water container or the filter is filled up the dryer will beep to let you know although i suggest that you empty them everytime you ues this applience.
