Advantages: well organised local classes
Disadvantages: none

I have just started taking my twenty month daughter to Tumbletots, having already taken her older sister up to the age of three. I have to say that for both girls the experience has been and is very good and it certainly increases their confidence when doing physical activities. What is Tumbletots? Tumbletots is a national organisation but is run in local areas on franchises. It holds classes in your local area, run by trained staff, that will ...

My youngest daughter is in the walking to two year class at the moment, and my other daughter went through all three. The classes all last for forty five minutes and the cost per session ...

Gymbabes wasn't so great!

Advantages: Good equipment, only few in a class
Disadvantages: Expensive

...I decided I would give Tumble Tots a try - I did it when I was younger and loved it. For his age group, the group is actually called "Gymbabes" but it is part of the Tumble Tots company. We turned up last Wednesday and paid £5 on the door to trial the session. There was 5 babies in total and the session started by sitting on some soft mats. We laid the babies down and gave them a quick head to toe massage while some music played in the background. ...
...allowing the babies to explore the equipment left out for them. There were lots of things on offer, tunnels, a ball pit, a slide, soft play shapes to climb on. At the tricker activity stations a member of staff was there to aid your baby with the task. My son had lots of fun but the session was sooner over and after singing a "goodbye" song it was time to go. I was given the membership information, it cost £20 for a year membership (covering insurance ...

Picture this, another hard day at home looking after the little ones making sure they are well nourished, watered, happy and loved. On top of that you have the daily chores, cooking, cleaning, washing etc, etc, etc........the list goes on. That's what it is like in our house more often than not, but not just with the bottle, with beakers too. That was until a few days ago when I discovered 'Tuff 'N' Tumbles Anywayup Tots Cup' in a chemist located at our local supermarket. Yeah right! I thought like there ...
