30 mins 180 deg C or 40 mins from frozen.
It says you have to defrost it before microwaving.
Packaging:
rectangle tray with clear film. Cardboard sleeve with picture of the meal on a plate - obviously cooked in ... ...I quite enjoyed it. The tuna was the strongest flavour once I got down to it. The cheddar sauce I thought was just a white sauce so it clearly didn't taste very strong. 4/5
Cooking:
Microwaving is simple as you don't have to stir half way through because it is a bake dish and not frozen. However the cheeze on top does not crisp at all in a microwave and would require an oven to do that.
