Twinings Pure Flowers of Camomile Tea

Advantages: Soothing, relaxing, helps you get a good night's sleep

...There are plenty of companies making camomile tea, and plenty of mixed varieties,(camomile and honey, camomile and spiced apple etc) but I think its best on its own, and the Twinings teas are very good - not the cheapest (Sainsbury's own) but a good quality for a sensibvle price. ...
