Using a bespoke graphics engine, Two Worlds tells the tale of an epic clash between Orcs and Humans that steadily unfolds to provide an over-arching story. Players embarking on the...
more...grand quest will find a dynamic world that adjusts to their actions, complemented by a career system that allows incredible freedom in character development. A plethora of side quests accompany the main story and there’s a staggeringly large array of items and equipment to collect. This questing and collecting takes place in a vast environment that offers unprecedented levels of dynamic interaction with both the landscape and non-player characters. Players will be able to set traps for foes and wandering beasts, even to the point of triggering avalanches and other small-scale disasters. The flora of Twin World’s universe will also be given the dynamic treatment, with trees and plants reacting to the player’s actions in a surprisingly realistic manner. Transport around the huge world can be done via teleportation spells or on the backs of a wide variety of creatures, from traditional horses and camels to a range of much more esoteric beasts. Two Worlds also incorporates a complex fighting system and a radical new method for handling magical spells. Combat is handled in step-time, with the player selecting attacks and defences that are played out with remarkably detailed animations and stunning motion captured moves. Magic is no longer a set of static, progressively more powerful spells. Instead, Two Worlds’ magic system is based around components in the form of cards. In simple terms, a card for an element and a card for an effect are combined to produce a spell â€\" Ice and a range of damage, for example. Two World’s spells are never fixed, so the player can add new cards to enhance pre-existing spells at any time. Perhaps the most exciting aspect of Two Worlds is its multiplayer mode. Rather than taking a traditional tack, Reality Pump has crafted a fully fledged MMORPG mode complete with unique quests, an arena for 1-on-1 PVP battles, multiplayer horse races and completely customisable player characters with no level capping.

Two Worlds.....it's big enough
Review of Two Worlds (Xbox 360) by tayloa22

Advantages: Really well thought out role playing game
Disadvantages: None, it's an improvement on other rpg's

Ω INTRODUCTION Ω TWO WORLDS, is made by Top Ware, and is an awesome RPG {Role Playing Game} set in a great fantasy universe. It is set in a time where the once fragile peace between man and Orc's has been shattered and carnage is resumed. You play a mighty mercenary for hire. This is what you do in the game as a sideline to the main storyline quest, which is to find your sister. After her village was attacked and destroyed, ...
...Ω THE WORLD OF TWO WORLDS Ω Two Worlds is played in the third person perspective. One advantage of this factor is that whenever you equip him with a new piece of armour or weaponry, you see the visual changes to him. There is a huge arsenal of different weapons at your disposal to off the enemy. The greatest thing about the world of Two Worlds is the sheer vastness of the gaming world. It is immense. It ... Two Worlds
Review of Two Worlds (Xbox 360) by MattayBoy

Advantages: A large world, they had good intentions
Disadvantages: Where do I begin.... Jerky, jittery gameplay, Complicated menues, sparse world, pointless quests, storyline is appalling

...rival to the mighty Oblivion, Two Worlds had really set its expectations high. The screenshots looked tasty, the movies looked promising, and my hopes were high. However just 5 minutes after loading the disc into my Xbox for the 1st time, disappointment started to sink in. Frame rate issues were apparent straight away, with the character jerking around uncontrollably, the game just stops often enough and freezes for over 20 seconds at a time to ...
...The actual story line of Two Worlds isn't worth mentioning.Cliched beyond belief, no surprises and doesn't seem to be leading anywhere, the game also claims that your actions strongly influence the ending. Lies. Your actions have very little choice, and the only choice you really get get is one of two outcomes right at the end as a result of clicking one of two options in a conversation. Now this may sound like a godsend for RPG fanatics, who have ... Read review

Bad. No other words for it. Except terrible.
Review of Two Worlds (Xbox 360) by spoonswiththedevil

Advantages: None. It boots up maybe? Even that is a iffy.
Disadvantages: Buggy, Repetitive, Bad graphics, Bad gameplay, Terrible voice-acting, And generally an awful game

This game is bad...just...bad. It's hard to know where to begin in criticism of the game. I heard mixed things, and borrowed it off a friend who buys a ridiculous amount of games. I was determined to at least try the game to see how bad it was. It was like Odysseus wanting to know the sirens song, and I was nearly swept away by the terribleness of the game, before my crewmates pulled me away from it's awful embrace. Well, I went back to something ...
...my bare hands. The story is high fantasy fan-fiction that was filtered through Babel-fish and vaguely proof-read. The game is a terrible budget rip-off of Oblivion, without the graphics. Or well-balanced gameplay. Or fun. As for the gameplay itself, it's buggy as hell, repetitive, shallow, the most atrocious voice acting ever to grace a game since Resident Evil 1 ("Forsooth, this is really annoying"), graphics that would look out of place on the ... Two Worlds - Be who you want to be!
Review of Two Worlds (Xbox 360) by PMuzzy1986

Advantages: You can be a bad guy if you want!
Disadvantages: Main Storyline isn't quite gripping enough

At first I started playing Two Worlds because I was looking for an RPG that allowed you to choose whether you can be a good guy or a bad guy. Like Fable. Whilst awaiting Fable 2 I was lost after completing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2, and after being disappointed with Oblivion being only to play a good guy I bought Two Worlds. I am currently enjoying the game and go through the world killing many foes and slaughtering villages which ...
...At first though I thought the map was quite difficult to use in terms of doing quests and was quite difficult to follow at first. The spellmaking thing is alright I guess. I don't really make many spells, so it doesn't seem that good to me. I do like alot of the side missions though, although i've lost interest in the main mission and have gone off on my own quest of evil. Haha. I think the game is great if you want to play an RPG. They're is an ... Read review

Review of Two Worlds (Xbox 360) by sanglant

Advantages: very long game and lots of hack and slash fun
Disadvantages: its not oblivion

hello all two worlds is a game that is trying to be oblivion but unfortunatly doesnt quite get there it is very good but i would recomend playing this only if you havnt played oblivion although i say this the game is very enjoyable and can be played for great lenghs of time game play is a bit stuttery and the so called seemless transaction between indoor and outdoor areas means it doesnt go to aload screen it just pauses for 5 seconds or so while ...
