TWO WORLDS, is made by Top Ware, and is an awesome RPG {Role Playing Game} set in a great fantasy universe. This is what you do in the game as a sideline to the main storyline quest, which is to find your sister. After her village was attacked and destroyed, your sister disappears. At the games start you are approached by strangers that want you to do their bidding, and if you don't you will never see your sister again……..
Ω THE WORLD OF TWO WORLDS Ω ==============================
Two Worlds is played in the third person perspective. One advantage of this factor is that whenever you equip him with a new piece of armour or weaponry, you see the visual changes to him. There is a huge arsenal of different weapons at your disposal to off the enemy. The greatest thing about the world of Two Worlds is the sheer vastness of the gaming world. It is immense. It is completely non linear, so you can literally go where you want, when you want. You do have a main storyline but you continue this at your own leisure. There are dozens and dozens of different missions and quests for you to indulge, through interaction with other characters. All new missions and places of importance are marked onto your map. You see in Two Worlds there are so many different cities, fortifications, villages, out-posts, caves, towers and much more for your delightful exploration. When in cities for example you can also enter buildings which is seamless, no waiting for loading. However, some doors are locked, but if your lock picking skills are adequate, these are no bother. Not only do you accumulate wealth by accruing weapons, and armour etc, but by completing quests as a mercenary you gain money and valuable experience. Aside from this you can gain gold by looting it from corpses, or for the rogue type, just steal it. The world you explore is a visual treat, it is very detailed and varied. You even see things like rabbits scurrying into bushes or fireflies dancing in the air. You explore many different types of terrain. These can be vast sweeping, lush fields and hills; with there varied greens and fields of wheat. On the other hand there is desert type areas, or scorched earth where the un-dead lurk. This is just some of the examples of terrain you will encounter. Naturally it can be annoying having to run for ages over such an immense landscape. Fear not, for there is an array of varied beasts to ride. These range from standard horses, to dragons, un-dead creatures among others. Yet if you want to get around even quicker, there are loads of teleports all over the lands. Hop on in and your there in an instant. Getting lost is not an issue. In the top right hand of your screen is a mini map. However one of the pages to your inventory includes a larger map, which you can also zoom in on. It also has different markers for you to aid in the completion of quests, or simply find a teleport, village or something similar.
Ω CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT Ω ============================
Character development is one of the areas made extremely easy by the game makers. What they have done is set all the skills into groups such as passive, active, magic, archery skills and so on. If you are unsure as to what a particular skill does, simply place the cursor over the top of a skill and a little pop up window appears with a detailed description. You are able to hot key all magic and active skills for very quick use. Yet another selling point of the game is that you may for example start off by making your mercenary an assassin type character by enhancing skills such as sneak, steal, lock picking. Then further into the game you think "Damn I wish I had made him into a mighty warrior". Well have no anxiety. In many of the encampments, and cities etc are special druids. These cloaked rascals have the ability to un-allocate your attribute and skill points for you {for a price of course} to re-allocate to your hearts desire. Also in various locations are masters that you can pay to teach you skills, which raises key skills. Level up's come very frequent in Two Worlds, so you are rewarded for your efforts far more quickly. In your inventory, you can equip your armour and weapons. If an object is red it cannot be equipped and again, place the cursor over and you get details of the necessary requirements of equipping the item. In some cases objects are blue. This means that the item can be combined with something else in your inventory to enhance it. This can be either magically or making it superior. This also increases the value of the said item. A further point of interest is that unlike in many other RPG's there is no penalty for getting killed. In some RPG's if you are slain you lose experience and or the items in your inventory that you have accumulated. Not in this game. Randomly placed shrines around the land bring you back to life as close as possible to the place you died. When you are returned you are exactly the same as you were at the point of death. Similarly to many RPG's you get health potions and magic potions that you can take by pressing the shoulder buttons, as long as you have some in your inventory. One of the greatest aspects of this game that impressed me was the sheer amount of different races and creatures in the game. Just a small example of some of the races and creatures are Golems, Orcs, Mummies, Zombies, Bandits, Necromancers, Dragons, Skeletons, Harpies, Arachnids, and many, many more. All have their own unique fighting styles…..nice touch. Talking about fighting styles brings me to another juicy point of interest. Once you enhance some of your melee skills it gets a little like a 'John Woo' movie. You see your character swinging the sword round his body and doing some very glitzy moves. He even twirls the sword just before sheathing it in his scabbard. I do not want to blether on so I will make you privy to another game feature. For gamers familiar to the game called Fable on the original X-box, Two Worlds gives you the freedom of choice as to act socially responsible, or just be a wee shit and do bad actions ranging from chopping the hell out of innocent victims to stealing some of their property. Only just like in Fable there are consequences to all of your actions. It is just a matter of weighing up the pro's and con's of each decision.
Ω SUMMARY Ω =============
This game is definitely worth 5 stars. The makers have clearly put some serious thought into this game, and understood what dedicated role play gamers want from a game. Just let me re-iterate a few selling points.
☼ The ability to remove and re-allocate skill and attribute points ☼ A world so huge it would be an unemployed cartographers dream come true ☼ An insane amount of different creatures and races ☼ Freedom in every sense of the word, continue the main storyline at your own leisure ☼ Simplified controls and character development ☼ Peachy sweet graphics ☼ Run, ride, swim, climb your way around many different interesting environments, And much, much more besides.
The copy that I purchased was the two disc collectors edition. This had the addition of a soundtrack CD. It also has a pull out map poster. I strongly recommend this game. There is literally the danger of losing days when indulging in this game.

Advantages: Breath taking Graphics, Beautiful Sound, Limitless! Disadvantages: Frustrating, You can't tell if you've done something wrong, No tutorial, Long Videos.
My goodness was I looking forward to buying this game! I remember seeing the advert in the unofficial Xbox 360 magazine, and I must say I do not think that my time wishing was wasted!
The gameplay is stunning, the graphics are breathtaking, the sound is beautiful. Well, the soundtrack is - I'm not so sure about the darn speech! I got so annoyed I had to turn it off, the character keeps saying "NAAAY!!" and "BAD WEATHER!" when it begins to rain. ... ...the game was nothing less than entrancing. The functionality of this game is beautiful, it is the most freeform RPG I have ever seen - one can roam anywhere and anywhere, do whatever they please, and speak to whomever they wish. It's boundless; missions have numerous outcomes, different people react differently to your reputation - you can even bribe guards to let you of charges from stealing! I was amazed, but soon enough I found this to be the ...

...rival to the mighty Oblivion, Two Worlds had really set its expectations high. The screenshots looked tasty, the movies looked promising, and my hopes were high.
However just 5 minutes after loading the disc into my Xbox for the 1st time, disappointment started to sink in. Frame rate issues were apparent straight away, with the character jerking around uncontrollably, the game just stops often enough and freezes for over 20 seconds at a time to ... ...The actual story line of Two Worlds isn't worth mentioning.Cliched beyond belief, no surprises and doesn't seem to be leading anywhere, the game also claims that your actions strongly influence the ending. Lies. Your actions have very little choice, and the only choice you really get get is one of two outcomes right at the end as a result of clicking one of two options in a conversation.
Now this may sound like a godsend for RPG fanatics, who have ...

Advantages: None. It boots up maybe? Even that is a iffy. Disadvantages: Buggy, Repetitive, Bad graphics, Bad gameplay, Terrible voice-acting, And generally an awful game
This game is bad...just...bad.
It's hard to know where to begin in criticism of the game.
I heard mixed things, and borrowed it off a friend who buys a ridiculous amount of games. I was determined to at least try the game to see how bad it was. It was like Odysseus wanting to know the sirens song, and I was nearly swept away by the terribleness of the game, before my crewmates pulled me away from it's awful embrace. Well, I went back to something ... ...my bare hands.
The story is high fantasy fan-fiction that was filtered through Babel-fish and vaguely proof-read. The game is a terrible budget rip-off of Oblivion, without the graphics. Or well-balanced gameplay. Or fun. As for the gameplay itself, it's buggy as hell, repetitive, shallow, the most atrocious voice acting ever to grace a game since Resident Evil 1 ("Forsooth, this is really annoying"), graphics that would look out of place on the ...

Advantages: You can be a bad guy if you want! Disadvantages: Main Storyline isn't quite gripping enough
At first I started playing Two Worlds because I was looking for an RPG that allowed you to choose whether you can be a good guy or a bad guy. Like Fable. Whilst awaiting Fable 2 I was lost after completing Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2, and after being disappointed with Oblivion being only to play a good guy I bought Two Worlds.
I am currently enjoying the game and go through the world killing many foes and slaughtering villages which ... ...At first though I thought the map was quite difficult to use in terms of doing quests and was quite difficult to follow at first. The spellmaking thing is alright I guess. I don't really make many spells, so it doesn't seem that good to me.
I do like alot of the side missions though, although i've lost interest in the main mission and have gone off on my own quest of evil. Haha.
I think the game is great if you want to play an RPG. They're is an ...

Advantages: Easy to use, amazing graphics, good value for money, loads of great games Disadvantages: you have to buy a wireless adapter to go online
Xbox360's are a brilliant purchase. i bought the premium last year and it is awesome, a lot of the time i find it hard to do other things i find it extremely addictive. All you games out there will love the graphics which are absolutely fantastic compared to other consoles and there are dozens of excellent games you can play. The best games to get would probably be,in my opinion, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Call of Duty World at War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare two, Farcry 2, Fifa 10 ect. Most shooting games are great on the Xbox360. In my point of view this is undoubtably the best console out at the moment and plus it's cheaper than the playstation 3. ...
Advantages: Thrilling gameplay, great graphics, the controls with the Wii remote are responsive and bring new depth. Disadvantages: Expensive, lacks character and depth in the missions compared to CoD2
Call od Dutyfinest hour, and Call of Duty 2 were soe of the biggest games in the world war two gamng franchise. Call of Duty 2 required so much gaming power, that only the Xbox360 could handle it. Now, a third has arrived, ready for the Wii release. You play as American, British and Polish slogging it in the most detailed and action packed missions ever seen. The Wii's unique control style is fully utilized, with the controller used for aiming, chucking grenades, and the most fun part, smashing Gremans over the head with a Thompson. This new style brings whole new depth to a fantastic game, with verything even more realistic than its' predececors. But while the Nintendo Wii specializes in control and gameplay, the Xbox360 focuses on graphics. Then Microsoft will be disapointed in that area, as it has been revealed that all missions ...
Using a bespoke graphics engine, Two Worlds tells the tale of an epic clash between Orcs and Humans that steadily unfolds to provide an over-arching story. Players embarking on the grand quest will find a dynamic world that adjusts to their actions, complemented by a career system that allows incredible freedom in character development. A plethora of side quests accompany the main story and there’s a staggeringly large array of items and equipment to collect.
This questing and collecting takes place in a vast environment that offers unprecedented levels of dynamic interaction with both the landscape and non-player characters. Players will be able to set traps for foes and wandering beasts, even to the point of triggering avalanches and other small-scale disasters. The flora of Twin World’s universe will also be given the dynamic treatment, with trees and plants reacting to the player’s actions in a surprisingly realistic manner. Transport around the huge world can be done via teleportation spells or on the backs of a wide variety of creatures, from traditional horses and camels to a range of much more esoteric beasts.
Two Worlds also incorporates a complex fighting system and a radical new method for handling magical spells. Combat is handled in step-time, with the player selecting attacks and defences that are played out with remarkably detailed animations and stunning motion captured moves. Magic is no longer a set of static, progressively more powerful spells. Instead, Two Worlds’ magic system is based around components in the form of cards. In simple terms, a card for an element and a card for an effect are combined to produce a spell â€\" Ice and a range of damage, for example. Two World’s spells are never fixed, so the player can add new cards to enhance pre-existing spells at any time.
Perhaps the most exciting aspect of Two Worlds is its multiplayer mode. Rather than taking a traditional tack, Reality Pump has crafted a fully fledged MMORPG mode complete with unique quests, an arena for 1-on-1 PVP battles, multiplayer horse races and completely customisable player characters with no level capping.
