Advantages: Advanced toy, develops imagination and play, and brings out the mischevious side of kids! Disadvantages: A little expensive,
...The The Tyco N.S.E.C.T. is a definate boys toy, and frankly freaks me out, which is why a certain little someone probably likes it.
Bought some time ago, it came in a broken state, however, good old Tyco, are sorting the matter out!
It was bought for about £80 in Toys R Us Swansea, and lay unopened for some time until its new owner came over.
As a toy, its quite advanced, and despite the cost, is actually quite good value for money.
Its made from a tough ABS plastic shell that houses all the workings, strength wise, the body would absorb a knock, but the legs of the thing would probably break.
In a nutshell, its a robotic spider, it has 6 legs, two eyes (LED\'s) two jaw like pincers, and the real attraction, a rear end that opens up and shows a multi rocket launcher, that fires a few missiles at the touch of a trigger...

Advantages: Fun, novelty toy Disadvantages: Pretty cheapy looking considering the price.
...cheapy looking which belied the price tag!
They come in a variety of colours, the one I chose was black with gold knobbly bits all over it.
The dalek is apparently 27mhz with the larger one being 40 mhz. What difference this makes to anything I have no idea though.
You operate the Dalek using the remote control provided and it runs around the room saying 'Exterminate! Exterminate! and there are some small lights on the body which flash.
My brother wasnt convinced that dad would really appreciate this gift but late on Christmas Eve my dad rang me to say how much he LOVED his present! I wasnt too bothered he had opened it early, I was just happy he liked it. He spent the whole of Christmas Eve and Day sending the little Dalek spinning round the room saying 'Exterminate! Exterminate!'. I think within an hour my brother wanted to stand...

Advantages: Easy to use, Long battery life & Comfortable to hold Disadvantages: Only for use with cars and boats
...Futaba Attack 2ER
Introduction:
I purchased this transmitter about 2 years ago now for use on my radiocontrolled 1:10 scale model car it is easy to use and due its ergonomic design it is really comfortable to hold in your hands weighing in at as little as 600g with batteries it does not cause too much strain on the arms after longterm use. The battery life is pretty good i can use this for about 3 days without needing to recharge the batteries. This is so simple to use that even my little brother was able to use it without any problems at all and he is only 11 years old!
The interchangeable crystal is really usefull too as a few of my friends also use the same frequency and it allows me to avoid any interference from other transmitters in range and with over 20 different variations of the 40 MHz frequency available you...
