Advantages: Fast and Friendly Service with a smile. Cheaper than the competition and no hidden motives.
Disadvantages: None that I have come accross

...I recently applied for a Home improvement loan and was advised to use their flexible loan scheme that meant I did not need to limit myself to a fixed amount and could draw down as much or as little as I wanted for the home improvements up to a limit I had agreed with them. To draw down I need only to make use of a series of cheques they send and the money will be creditted to my account. I found the service to be both courteous and fast, with the minimum of fuss. The rates offered were excellent and I can track my progress paying off the loan via their internet site. I can also check the progress of my mortgage and bank account as and when I wish.
