You certainly get a few cheap products here, but others can be quite expensive so shop with care. The quality of their service is however totally disgusting. My advice go shop elsewhere. If you are lucky you will eventually get the goods you ordered, if not then you may just as well go play with the fairies,no amount of emails or call will ever help...THEY DON'T ANSWER ANYTHING!!!! A very slap happy disorganised bunch running a Company on false promises and duping an unsuspecting public. Their goods can be bought far cheaper elsewhere, with proper customer service thrown in. Buy at your own risk.. you really won't know how bad they are until something goes wrong!!!!! ...

The goods may be quite cheap... But so is their customer support which is basically non existent!!! Should you have a problem with a purchase or delivery don't expect any help from them...it will never happen. They appear to have a giveus your money and then clear off attitude. The support telephone number never gets answered...try ringing it all day if you like!!! Email support well for every three or four requests you send..one may get answered but probably only after a week. Steer clear, pay a little more and get what you ordered ...

Used UKDVDR 3 times in the past, they say you can see the true colours of a company when something goes wrong and how well they sort out the problem.Well placed a small order on 18 Aug 2008,received confirmation of the order straight away. A week later half the order turned up,after some emails to sales they said they would contact the warehouse and they would get back to me...in the end they sent me that same email about contacting the warehouse ...
...a email that they were checking the CCTV in the warehouse to see what had happened,I even scanned and emailed them the invoice that was included with the ( half ) order i had received,kept getting fobbed off with one excuse after another this was for a order worth £4.25.Finally rest of my order turned up yesterday..it only took 15 days and around 12 emails,have asked to be removed from their mailing list...will never use them agian ...

...several emails between myself and ukdvdr I have, after threatening to take my evidence to the small claims court and the office of fair trading, recieved another email, again in bad english stating "As the top-selling internet company in Europe we are always honest with our customers. You are very important to us. We are not sure what really happened in your case. The CCTV and our Courier both show that we have sent correct items for your order, ...
