I have been using ukdvdr for a few years now since I got my DVD recorder. When I first started using them I couldn't fault them. The prices were good, the site easy to navigate, the orders processed quickley and efficiently and if there was a problem with your order you were dealt with politely and they fell over themselves to help. How things have changed! Ok the prices are still good, in fact they have come down a great deal since I started using them. On the face of it ukdvdr.co.uk do look a professional outfit selling mainly cd and dvd blank media and also memory cards and assorted computer accessories and all at good prices. The blank media is sold in tubs or spindles of 25, 50 or 100. The website is well thought out and easy to navigate and the whole process of buying is easy, after registering your details are saved so that you can log on for an easier experience in future. the standard delivery is next day and you do pay the next day premium, there is no cheaper alternative however you can pay a bigger premium for a guaranteed morning ... more

Used UKDVDR 3 times in the past, they say you can see the true colours of a company when something goes wrong and how well they sort out the problem.Well placed a small order on 18 Aug 2008,received confirmation of the order straight away. This online store is really the only online store I use for buying dvd-r's and cd media. I find UKDVDR has a very large range of stock, you can buy any blank media you want really, plus they also stock ink cartridges which are the cheapest anywhere ive seen. On the upside this store are quick deliverers, they usually deliver within 3 days and the items are well packaged. I try to use the more expensive media such as INFINITI and VERBATIM, you can certainly buy cd media from as little as 7p per disc, but I wouldn't reccomend it as i have found that there can be errors on the discs and music can ... more

I have been using UKDVDR for a couple of years now and not had a problem up to now however I can only agree with other reviews, the after sales customer support is diabolical. This time I ordered various items including a laptop back-pack for my son. The order arrived on time minus the back-pack. The first problem was that the e-mail address for customer support was not given on the original invoice....
