I was directed to this site through Kelkoo. I needed a side by side fridge freezer which both had to be no wider that 50cm. I order on line as their website said available within 10 days. The next day i received a phone call to say the freezer wasn't in stock and they had no idea when it would come in, i was told it could be two months or two weeks. i cancelled the order. 2 days later i received a phone call saying that they had just received payment ...
...about 2 weeks. i phoned them back to say that i'd cancelled the order and could they please refund the money, (I thought that they wouldn't charged my card until they new whether they could for-fil the order - this is not the case) The woman who answered was awful! she would not let me speak, she kept talking over me and speaking to me like a child. she was very rude. (i work in sales myself and i was not rude to her, i did not provoke her at all!) ...

i was directed to this site from ciao price comparison site. The product i was looking for was easily found on the website and accurately described. The price was the lowest i could find on the internet and undercut large retailers such as dixons & currys by almost £30 and argos by £89. Prices comparsions correct 8/2/07 The cost included free delivery which again was better than many sites had to offer. The product was ordered on the Friday and ...
...the date advised on the website. I will use this site again when looking for my next white goods purchase. It really is worth spending just a little time searching the net as i've paid 37% less than i could have done and yet i have the same brand new product. ...
