I bought a BMW 525D SPORT on Wednesday 21st of September 2011. The very next day approx twenty miles later the gearbox packed up. I called the gargae M & R AUTO LTD 1150 LONDON ROAD NORBURY, LONDON, to be told to call the warranty company who refused to fix the problem.
When I called the garage I expected a full refund to be shocked with Mr SALEEM saying he would fix the car but charge me. I refused and asked for a refund which was refused and SALEEM became aggressive and intimdating. I had an argument with SALEEM but ended up walking out of the garage without all of my money. I paid £3650 cash with a PX in exchange which brought the price to £3995.
I walked out of the garage with my PX car and only £3225 cheque which has cleared thank god. The moral of the story is I am down £425 pounds and SALEEM saying piss off dont call him again.
To my surprise the car was put straight back on the forecourt of the garage for sale at the same price with no hint of the fault.
Please please dont go near this garage they are cowboys.
