The Bill
For this review I have chosen to write a small round up style summary in to what The Bill is all about and rather than try and focus on storylines on a weekly basis I have written a brief summary by each cast member to give a clue as to there characters past.
The Bill is an ITV drama, which is broadcast twice weekly although that is not how it originally began back in 1984. Back then, it was a seasonal show, which consisted ... ...the end of the 1987 series, ITV decided to make dramatic changes to The Bill deciding that due to its popularity they would change the show to a year-round drama consisting of two 25-minute weekly episodes. The show remained relatively unchanged apart from the cast until 1992 when they started showing hour-long specials several times during the year. These specials where such a great success that in 1993 the schedule again and introduced the new ...

The Doctor is the cure ....
Advantages: Strong Casting, excellent scripting Disadvantages: Stil compared to the original series' by hardcore fans
...viewing figure for the first Dr Who episode).
Unfortunately during the first series I found it difficult to watch full episodes due to, in my personal opinion, the 'too radical' changes to the Doctor's style, and Christopher Ecclestone's almost lethargic portrayal of the title role (I was also as guilty as anyone of expecting too much after the over 15 year break, and this probabally coloured my judgement in this matter). Billie Piper, however, ... ...episodes) had built up the Dr Who character in his own image, with Billie's Rose complimenting him rather than clashing. He is more of a reversion back to the old Doctors, but without the cardboard sets, endless planets of gravel and wobbly TARDIS ...... and he has the distinct honour of being the first Doctor to have both the Cybermen and the Daleks trying to kill him in a single episode.
His key episodes so far have shown the origins of the cybermen, ...

At Home With A Dysfunctional Family!
Advantages: Amusing Insight Into The World Of A Dysfunctional Family Disadvantages: None
At Home With The Braithwaites has, unfortuantely, now finished for good, but whilst the series lasted, it showed us a good flair of comedy, drama, plus what its like to be rich, plus all the problems that a millionaire's family have. The programme isn't just about the winning of the lottery for the Braithwaites though. It conveys a good message. Money can't buy you happiness and that even the most widely recognised of people in the world still have ... ...younger daughter doesn't help matters at all and the youngster, Keeley Fawcett, plays the role with dead on perfection. What a casting choice. It is also Charlotte Braithwaite (Fawcett), who chose the winning numbers and bought the ticket for Alison, cue for disaster in later series. Then there's that next door neighbour - who likes to pester Alison because he is so madly in love with her, the infatuated teacher. He is always a joy to watch on screen ...
