Shepherds Bush Empire

(+) Looks nice, the bars are well situated on the ground floor and you'll never get too hot. (-) Uncomfortable seats on the top floor, always cold, and the sound isn't brilliant. (*) (On Ciao since: 09/2001)

The Best Music Venue in Kingston upon Thames

pretty but not comfortable

Advantages: Looks nice, the bars are well situated on the ground floor and you'll never get too hot.
Disadvantages: Uncomfortable seats on the top floor, always cold, and the sound isn't brilliant.

One of the bad points about gigs is that you never get a choice in where your favourite band is playing. They choose the venue, you have to like it or lump it. Speaking as someone who has probably now been in every London venue, the Shepherd's Bush Empire ...

Advantages: brilliant view of stage, friendly, helpful staff
Disadvantages: sound could be better
