I phoned to check that they had the item in stock first, which they had. I have learnt from past experiences that some websites don't always update their stock information. The sevice was the best i have ever had. I ordered a panasonic fx35 it was a new release on friday the 7th of march i ordered it at 4pm that day and it arrived saturday morning. What more could you ask for. The camara is excellent nice clear shots inside in low light and outside. It is nice and easy to use. The only thing that i thought could have been better was that you dont get a power lead to charge it you have to take the battery out of the camera. But you can buy an AC adapter less

I booked late afternoon on Friday and opted for the 1-2 day service expecting the 2 working days to start Monday. I got an email back within the hour to say my goods had been despatched. On checking the the delivery number on RM web site first thing Monday morning, it told me my goods had arrived at the delivery office and was out for delivery. Goods arrived 10am Monday. Excelent service, all goods arrived well packaged, i will definatly look to buy again, and would have no hesitation in recomending this site. less

BIG THUMBS UP FOR UKDIGITALCAMERAS! I'm always careful about ordering on line, having already been burnt a couple of times. Thankfully this experience was a dream. I ordered online and immediately received a confirmation email, they even telephoned me the next day because I incorrectly entered my credit card details. The following day my nice new Panasonic LX3 camera arrived in the post. Three or four days later I realised it should have come with a camera strap, I e-mailed them explaining it was never in the box, they immediately agreed to post it.
