Later that day I bought the camera (the cheapest price found online and across stores) at around 5pm and it arrived in brilliantly protective packaging by 11:30am the following morning. BIG THUMBS UP FOR UKDIGITALCAMERAS! I'm always careful about ordering on line, having already been burnt a couple of times. Thankfully this experience was a dream. I ordered online and immediately received a confirmation email, they even telephoned me the next day because I incorrectly entered my credit card details. The following day my nice new Panasonic LX3 camera arrived in the post. Three or four days later I realised it should have come with a camera strap, I e-mailed them explaining it was never in the box, they immediately agreed to post it. If only all online retailers were like this! You can guess where I'll be buying all my next camera and accessories from...... ...

Could not fault if I tried!! I ordered online through their website, a couple of hours later I received a phone call confirming the order had been processed. Next day 8.30 am, my camera was here. Well packaged and as described. Very good experience dealing with ukdigitalcameras, I just wish other sites were similar!! ...

What a fantastic experience I have had with this company, thier customer services are second to none..I ordered a camera at 3.30pm and it was at my address at 8.00am the next morning, not only that you get an E.mail of dispatch and a tracking No so you know exactly when your order will arrive, what more could you ask, and how professional is that? Unfortunately the camera was not up to my expectations (makers problem) the guys on customer services ...
...for a different make, a Sony DSC-150 and am thrilled to bits with it......So all in all I ordered the first camera on the Wednesday late afternoon and By Friday had the alternative in my hand......It took 2 days receiving..returning and receiving the alternative camera, that takes some beating. My highest esteem goes to UK Digital Cameras, indeed a fantastic experience for me, what more can I say except thank you all at Uk D.C. Jackie. ...
