Advantages: This DVD player plays absolutely everything that you put into it! Disadvantages: The remote control is a little on the biggish side and if you use the scene selection the audio and video are not in sinc.

The instruction manual is easy to understand. I had mine set up ... ...very clear. I am using my DVD player through my Hi-Fi and it sounds great! The player even has a 5.1 surround sound decoder built in.
I mentioned the audio and video not being in sinc in the pros and cons. This really is not a problem as all that you need to do is press stop and then play on your remote. Speaking of remote, It is quite large but if you're like myself you won't really mind as I am not lacking space.

Two more things to finish off with. The LCD screen at the front is very nifty. It displays the chapter and the time that has passed, as well as a cool spinning disc icon!
The DVD player altogether is really slim but because of this it is quite wide. It still will fit on stands.
I seriously recomend this DVD player to anyone who wants something that plays everything for an incredibly small sum of money!

Advantages: Very impressive sound quality! Four speakers and X-BASS feature for extra POWER Disadvantages: Has a very small, fidgety remote. Cables for satellite speakers are quite short.
I purchased this Hi-Fi for my birthday and I can tell you that it's nothing short of amazing!
The sound quality is, to put it simply, WOW! The X-bass feature gives truely ear drum bursting bass! There are a number of different sound modes like pop, jazz, rock etc.
The CD player holds 3 discs so you don't have to go searching for that Queen CD that you bought last month.
The Hi-fi has a duel cassette deck so you can record from one tape to the other as well as being able to listen to them.
The FM/ AM radio has a digital tuner so that you don't have to go turning knobs round until you find a particular station. Instead you just press a button and it does the searching for you!
The thing that I most like about this Hi-Fi is the aux. input on the back. I have hooked up my T.V, V.C.R and my DVD player (UMAXDVD5320) to it ...
