I myself put on a solid 7lb of mass training with this product and having a shake 2-3 times a day with water. I cannot stress its value for money enough. Per 110g serving which is around 2 scoops ( provided in the tub ) there is 43g of protein,49g of carbs, BCAA amino acids, L-glutamine to help muscle growth, also 4g of MCT which is a body fat reducing essential fats and providing high calorie energy.
