In my opinion this protein is the best i have used, it was effective in many areas for me. I managed to lose fat and build muscle, i am in the army and always have a high level of fitness so there was no effects from suddenly training, The price of the product is very reasonable for the gains that are achieved. After my friend reccomeneded USN to me i decided to buy the Pure protein igf-1 as it seemed to be good value for money, i started taking 2 scoops on my workout days only which was 4 times a week as i wanted to asses my tolerance. After about 2 weeks i started noticing a difference in muscle mass compared to when i was not using any supplements. Out of the many protein supplements I have trialed recently, I am afraid this had got to be one of the worst! It's ability to mix and blend into a smooth shake is literally non-existant! Time after time, gulp after gulp I find clumps of the powder fused together, adding a repulsive texture to it's horrific taste! Since I started training I have used a wide range of supplements to aid my training; supplements such as creatine and nitric oxide pre work out drinks. But all training enthusiasts like myself know that the key ingredient to building muscle is protein. Now I personally suffer from vast variety of allergies as well as being spot prone.
