Advantages: Cheap, Easy to use, clean look, compatible with multiple programs
Disadvantages: Plastic, corded, chunky

...Only just bought them 2 for £20, I must admit I was suspicious of how good they would be, I mean £20 for 2 seemed to suggest poor quality but it can produce some good quality conversations. It isn't wireless although some pictures don't show the cord coming from the phone so if you want it cordless don't buy this. It can be used with MSN messenger although it sometimes seems to struggle to find msn messenger, it can be used with skype, voipbuster (if you have voipcheap you have to use voipbuster settings), it can technically be used with any voip software as far as I am aware, it just isn't as easy as using it with the software that is listed in the drivers they give you. My advice if you do get this phone is experiment a bit with it, you might just get it working with your favourite voip software using just the phone... Read review

...simple. It involved plugging the phone into my computers USB port via the USB cable attached and installing the provided drivers. The drivers are not necessary for running the phone; however there are benefits from using them, which I will reveal later! After set up, my VoIP program recognised the hardware and it was ready to use! So simple! After I installed my phone a problem arose as sound output from my computer was being played through my VoIP phone which is not the handiest thing whilst listening to music (no pun intended). This is easily fixed by a trip to control panel and sounds and audio devices, and turning your sound to your default sound card. --Using the phone- As I said previously, drivers are provided, but not totally necessary to use the phone. ...I bought it few days back. It has good quality sound.If you are looking for good quality reasonable priced cordless phone,I think search ends here. Color animated screen is lovely.Though not as sophisticated as mobile, It is worth the price. Has hands-free speaker function and mute button which comes really handy. It's Voip component is child's game and very easy to set up with windows live messenger.You won't notice the difference between voip and phone call. I read somewhere that It does not function with vista.I can confirm that it works easily.Just install windows live messenger and plug n play, it acquires all the contacts from your account. Sadly it picks up only hot mail or windows live accounts, not yahoo. It does not work with skype or any other softwares. I don't know why why they have not provided with answering machine...
