I rarely feel compelled to post a review, but in this case I felt it was justly due.
I would recommend this futon provider to anyone who wishes to make a big saving from store prices.
I ordered a Kyoto newyork futon in July. Although the delivery guidance was 4-6 weeks and I did not recognise this company as a well known outfit, I decided to take a risk as the price was so low after many weeks of deliberating.
Following my order, I initially panicked ... ...other contact within 24 hours. Once I got through their phone system and spoke to their call centre people, I was reassured and following several weekly updates from their staff I received my futon as described without fault.
Was pleasant suprised by their service and happy with the quality of my futon. ...

...the mattress on my bed frame, to say i was delighted with my buy was an understatement!! Mattress was so deep, luxurious and comfortable I couldnt believe it was mine!
Simmons are an excellent mattress maker and ukbedsonline.com are a great online shop!

Advantages: The price,the service,the helpful staff, pleasant courier serivce Disadvantages: could do with selling bedding?
Following an extensive search for our new Hypnos Heritage Supreme Divan Bed, we came accross ukbedsonline.com. Weemailled them for a best price quoted and estimated delivery as we were in the process of waiting for our new home to be ready to move into.
They were by far the cheapest online shop and even offered to hold our divan in storage if there was to be any further delays in moving into our new home.
They did indeed end up storing our divan ...

Superbe service all round. On searching for the best replacement mattress for my pine bed frame, I looked at all the main websites like bensons, bedworld, dreams. When I contacted them for advice, I found their service to be slow and very basic. They seemed to be limited in knowledge where their mattresses were concerned. I wanted a mattress with at least 1200 springs and memory foam. I was advised to go through their website for further information.
