Their customer service is "rubbish" ,my camera no longer works unless it is plugged in ,I contacted their web site about the matter explaining the problem in detail,They replied about 3 weeks later telling me I would need to phone them as they could not tell me how to resolve the problem in an e-mail "why-ever ... ...even find any information about what the "discontinued" model was called think it was dcx 1 or something like that.
Although this product was cheap and worked fairly well for a little while their aftersales support is so poor I would not recommend any UMAX products ... more
