    I've recently reviewed a few Canadian macro-brews, and to be honest, I've been less than impressed. I'm not saying they're any worse than any other country's macros, but I'm not saying they're any better either. Today, in trying to redress the balance a little, I'm reviewing a beer from one of Canada's top micro-breweries, UNIBROUE'S TROIS PISTOLES. UNIBROUE are a Canadian micro-brewery situated in a suburb of Montreal. Their speciality is producing Belgian-style ales which generally are refermented in the bottle.
