I found out that it was far from water proof and smudges quite easily.

i have a lot of urban decay products and their eyeshadows are one of my all time favourites so i was full of hope when i bought the big fatty mascara, however i couldnt be more dissapointed i have tried meny mascaras and found this one of the worst in terms of what they claim, i had to apply several times to get my lashes even slightly noticable and the more i applied the clumpy it got.....its ok as a last resort but not for noticeable lashes, the ...

Im a huge fan of Urban Decay so when my sister bought me this for Christmas i was so excited. Big Fatty Mascara! I thought the name said it all...sadly i was wrong. For quite an expensive mascara, its not worth it. This is the only Urban Decay product ive been dissapointed by. Ok, so it made my eyelashes feel pretty good compared to some ive used before but it didnt do what i expected it to, not even close. For a mascara that cost nearly £15, it ... ...very bright and colourful so it makes it easy to find in your handbag, or if you're like me, the huge box of make up on your desk. Unlike a lot mascara tubes, the bottom is flat so it also stands up well. One of the few good things about this mascara is that is stays on super well. This was my first ever mascara (although ive had some more since then) and the first thing that attracted me to it was the ridiculous pattern on the tube- I loved it! It looks great in my purse and is the first thing I see in there so its definately easy to locate, so 10/10 for the asthetic side of things. I found that Urban Decay's Big Fatty Mascara was just a big fat waste of money. I went into Boots intent on buying a new mascara, and ended up purchasing this product for £13. I had used Urban Decay eyeliners before, and was very pleased at the result and hoped that this mascara would have an equally satisfying outcome. I liked the packaging - I think that was why I was drawn to it. It comes in a brightly coloured tube with 70s style swirly patterns ... ...new mascara. The next morning, I did. I was really disappointed in the result. At first I thought I would really like the mascara, as the brush looked good - it was really big and seemed to hold lots of mascara - but the actual mascara did not live up to the excellent brush. ...every application. Like all urban decay products, the packaging is great. The tube is colourful and looks very unique, but most importantly it is sturdy and is therefore suitable for any handbag. However, in my experience (I'm on my third tube!) the brush can sometimes become dislodged from the applicator and stuck in the tube which results in a lot of mess! Despite this, I would definatly reccomend Big Fatty Mascara to anyone, espcially younger ...
