    Where to beging.... from the outside the building is magnificent, inside at first glance its all very impressive. However, the cracks soon start to appear. My ceiling is leaking all the time due to poor building construction and as yet Urban Splash have yet to respond to any of my requests to fix the problem let alone fix it. They are still the insurer of the building, but it seems that they are the type of company that will happily take your money and run.
