IT WAS WITH TREPIDATION THAT I WAITED ON MY VAX BEING DELIVERED FROM AMAZON. MY OTHER EXPERIENCE WITH AN UPRIGHT WAS THE ELECTROLUX VITESS WHICH PROVED TO BE A DISASTER. IF ONLY I HAD REFERRED TO THIS WEBSITE PRIOR TO PURCHASE I MIGHT HAVE SAVED MYSELF ALOT OF HEARTACHE. THINKING ABOUT IT THOUGH I PROBABLY DID NOT HAVE A PC AT THE TIME. THE FREE DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE APPROX TWENTY EIGHT DAYS. IT ARRIVED IN SEVEN. OPENING THE BOX THE MACHINE WAS OPERATIONAL IN ABOUT TEN MINUTES AND MY WIFE WAS FIGHTING TO GET THE MACHINE OFF ME. IT DOES THE JOB SIMPLE AS THAT THE ACCESSORIES CLIP ON OUT OF THE WAY AND THE HOSE IS BRILLIANT AS IS THE LITTLE TURBO BRUSH.
A COUPLE OF NIGGLES THOUGH WHEN DOING THE CARPET THE HEAD TENDS TO LIFT WHICH CAN BE A BIT FIDDLY AND THE ILLUSTRATIONS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIT CLEARER IN THE MANUAL. BEARING IN MIND I AM A 74 YEAR OLD WRINKLY SO I HAVE TO MOAN ABOUT SOMETHING. (IT IS EXPECTED)
