I had a smell in my one room I could not pin down. A major clean was required. I looked into hiring a machine for a weekend, but it was going to cost me the best part of £100. I shopped around and purchased this from Costco for £100 + vat I could have got it cheaper, but the return policy from Costco is brilliant and I did not want to wait weeks for delivery. In all the machine is very good I found it easy to fill the clean water tank as it removes from the machine, emptying was just as easy. It cleans very well and removes most of the water which means the carpet won't take a age to dry. Advantages: Very easy to use and efficent.

This machine is very easy to use. With two dogs and two kids I am always using it. It is very versatile. Easy to fill clean water tank and easy to empty waste water tank. Capacity is not great, but then it is pretty light even when full. The hose attachement is simple to set up and great for the stairs and upholstery. I end up cleaning mine in the shower, but cannot get the front part clean as you can't get access to it, and as the waste tank is clear you can see the dirt that as yet I can't figure out how to clean out. This product is a decent product, it is cost effective and reasonably good for cleaning. It does tend to get things stuck in tube. I bought this product 2 months ago and i do regret buying it!
